Lead Cleaner/caretaker

you will work a split shift each day **Monday to Friday 7.30am - 8.30am & 5.00pm -6.00** pm each day
- You will be responsible for a small group of cleaners, some of whom have a mild learning disability.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleaning and simple maintenance tasks e.g. changing light bulbs.
- You will be responsible for the open and closing of the office premises and weekly alarm cheques.
- You will have supervisory responsibilities for the cleaning team and their leave, absence, etc. but will also work along with the team.
- you will be responsible for replenishment of cleaning products etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £11.45 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- G81: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
