We are seeking someone, to support the HR Business Partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to utilise HR skills or gain more experience in this field.

Your responsibilities will be to provide an effective and efficient HR administrative support to the assigned schools ensuring confidentiality at all times.

**You will be working -**

**37 hours per week**

**41 weeks per year**

**(term time plus inset days plus 2 weeks throughout holiday periods)**

Duties include
- Recruitment

Follow recruitment process which will include:

- Setting up interviews
- Requesting vetting information from agencies and prepare new starter paperwork
- Preparing induction packs
- Setting up new starter HR files online and paper versions
- Ensuring all safeguarding checks including DBS are in place
- Enter details into the payroll system for new starters and work alongside the HR Business Partner to ensure that this is complete for the area on a monthly basis
- Assist the Payroll Officer with monthly payroll information and input onto the payroll system.
- Requesting references
- Organising probation paperwork

General HR
- Maintaining staff information, ensuring contact information is up to date and adding new staff members details
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and starter packs for staff.
- Providing references for former staff
- Meeting with staff regarding issues such as childcare, absence, conduct etc.
- Organise leavers paperwork (following leaver process map)
- Co-ordinate Data Subject paperwork requests for staff
