- Manage and control access points to the site, ensuring only authorised individuals enter premises
- Monitor and regulate exits to prevent unauthorised departures
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with security procedures during egress
- Operate and manage physical barriers, such as gates, to control vehicular and pedestrian access
- Implement effective barrier control measures to enhance overall security
- Swiftly respond to alarms and alerts, investigating and addressing potential security threats
- Collaborate with emergency services when required, ensuring a prompt and coordinated response to incidents
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches
- Implement assisted patrols, collaborating with technology and other team members to enhance patrol efficiency
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorised activities and provide a reassuring presence for the community
- Enforce company policies and security regulations
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports
