**Risk Intelligence Coordinator**

**Liverpool (Mon - Fri)**

**£30,000 plus bonus**

As a **Risk Intelligence Coordinator **you will be responsible for driving revenue and support key sales initiatives through risk intelligence reporting mechanisms and management of internal data to support revenue growth. To be a key point of contact and link between customers, operations, and sales. Growing and developing risk related intelligence through regular contact and effective management of data and site/customer specific reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop personalised outreach strategies for existing customers based on their historical data and preferences
- To review group wide data to conduct in-depth analysis of T-Trak reports and data to identify emerging trends and areas of potential upselling. (e.g. Re-secure, Breach data FlyTipping)
- Implement targeted communication plans to engage with customers during specific seasonal campaigns or events.
- Support seasonal campaigns to drive revenue such as: Drain downs during winter, Dark night campaigns for increased security, seasonal initiatives based on risk such as horse fairs, planned events all supported by risk related data.
- Monitor and review external resources to populate data obtained from social media, local news bulletins and open source data (where possible).

**What we are looking for**:

- Sales experience, high volume outbound calls, proven experience of success within outbound call environment
- Account management and development
- Understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction and the importance of consistently delivering outstanding service to enhance our customer’s experience.
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multi-tasking skills aligned to role needs.
