**RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR**

**Based in Shirley, Solihull with Free parking**

**Full time role - Monday to Friday - flexible with start times and finish times (we also finish 2.30 pm on Fridays)**

**Duties involve:

- **

Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries people asking about roles advertised and getting them to send in CV details

Checking the portals daily to see if new jobs come in and then advertising them on the job boards and website and saving to the system

Putting together job descriptions from the job briefs and then advertising on the website, social media, job boards

Producing and putting together social media posts

Database clearing

Diary management

Supporting the Consultants and the Manager in the team

**Experience required for the role:

- **

Must have worked in a similar role in an agency or in a fast-paced environment

Able to communicate at all levels

Grade C or above in English

Salary is negotiable

8.45 am to 5.15pm, with a 230pm finish on Fridays - can be flexible with start and finish times
25 days holiday, plus stats
2 days per annum volunteer days
