**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Document Management: Organise and maintain our SharePoint filing system, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries, handling them promptly and professionally.
- Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Assist in data entry tasks and basic analysis, maintaining accuracy and integrity of information.
- Office Management: Help in providing hospitality around the office when guests are onsite.
- Design Marketing: Ability to create assets that abide by our brand guidelines for internal and external promotions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Canva
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
