Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile financial statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records & reports
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Other day to day office administration tasks
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Xero Accounting Software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers and clients.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
