You’ll receive a starting salary of £25,000

You’ll get 20 days holiday, rising to 25 with service.

Work hours will be usually fall between Friday - Monday, 9am to 6pm.

**Full Job Description**

Working within the Compliance team you will be given the opportunity to train for professional compliance qualifications whilst at the same time looking after our existing customers. You will be working in a rewarding environment, handling inbound/outbound calls for clients who are engaging with one of our partner Estate Agents to meet legal and regulatory requirements. This role is telephone based and is in a call centre environment.

This role would suit someone with customer service experience, legal experience or someone who has worked in the regulated sector (insurance or financial services). As an advisor, you will be confident on the phone and be able to connect with customers in explaining the legal requirements around our anti-money laundering service and help them complete the required checks.

For applicants with a high degree of technical regulatory experience, other opportunities may be available.

To qualify - You should be confident talking to customers on the telephone and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Excellent attention to detail

Excellent rapport and relationship building skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

The ability to connect with other team members and customers alike

Full training will be provided over a 3 month period
