Located within Future Students, Communication and Marketing service, getting the right applicants enrolled on the right course is key to all activities undertaken by the department and crucial in a competitive marketplace.

We now have a vacancy for a **Student Ambassador Scheme Assistant** to join this amazing team. This is a busy role where you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operation of the student ambassador scheme, including but not limited to:

- Recruitment, training and supervision of new student ambassadors
- Provide detailed reports on database and CRM systems
- Maintain a web based and Microsoft Access database to identify relevant students for individual activities and roles
- Process monthly salary payments and expenses claims to student ambassadors
- Processing HR right to work and DBS checks
- Update ambassador HR information
- Regular liaison with UWE HR department

**Where is this role based?**

This is a full-time, permanent post working 37 hours per week.

This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.
