Room Leader Nursery Nurse

Here at Nurse Seekers we are proud to be working for a quality Nursery & Forest School setting near Cobham, Surrey. They are looking for a Room Leaders as well as a Qualified Nursery Nurses to join their excellent team in order to support each child’s individuallearning and development

**Key Responsibilities**
- To initiate and contribute to a programme of activities that meets the individual needs and interests of children and the EYFS and involves other team members as appropriate
- To provide a high standard of observations, record-keeping and understanding of your key children’s development and learning journeys (and non-key children, particularly when their Key Person is not present)
- To ensure practice and provision meets the EYFS and other guidelines and feedback to the Management Team constructively
- To fully engage with and support good team working and to offer peer support and training to your room team in all areas of daily workings.
- To be able to work outside in all weathers and run a programme of learning outdoors
- To share information with the Owners, Manager, and other Leads
- To complete parent and child handovers
- To continue to develop through training and self-reflection
- To promote outdoor play each day and child-led stimulating activities
- To ensure that children are safe and that colleagues understand and when necessary follow Safeguarding Procedures
- To develop and maintain strong professional partnerships and communications with parents/carers and colleagues so that we have an inclusive and enabling environment
