**Main Responsibilities**:

- Data entry onto finance system (Xero) maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Processing financial transactions
- Assisting the Finance Manager with auditing, end of month and year end accounting.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Previous experience in a Finance administrator/coordinator role.
- Proficiency with MS Office packages, Excel etc
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

A finance qualification and sound knowledge of Xero an advantage.

Pay: £26,481.00-£29,140.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
