The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be hiring an Accounts Manager for our prestigious client in the Dunkeld Area

Location:
Dunkeld area

Salary:
From £40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, full time hours.

**Must drive and have access to vehicle due to location**

Duties:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collection.

Create financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly statements.

Monitor cash flow and financial activities to ensure compliance with corporate rules and laws.

Work with other departments to create and execute finance plans that correspond with organisational objectives.

Conduct frequent audits to detect and address inconsistencies.

Stay current on financial legislation and industry changes to maintain compliance and reduce risk.

Manage accounting personnel, offering direction and training as needed.

Other responsibilities delegated by senior management.

Manage a team of 5 or 6 strong assistants.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient with financial applications and Microsoft Office .

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both alone and part of a team.

Attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Ability to manage a small team.

Qualifications desirable.
