We are seeking an Onsite Support Worker to join our clients team and provide comprehensive support services at a sheltered scheme based in Wenvoe including associated dispersed units. The role involves various responsibilities, including safeguarding, compliance testing, and organizing activities for residents.**Responsibilities**:

- Provide onsite support at the sheltered scheme and associated dispersed units.
- Conduct safeguarding activities to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Perform in-house testing, including emergency lighting, legionnaires, and fire alarms, in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities for residents to promote social interaction and community engagement.
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and resident interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar support role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
