We have an exciting new opportunity for a Supply Chain Stock Controller to join our team on a permanent basis. If you have proficient IT skills, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, with 1 in 4 weekend cover for 2-3 hours on a rota basis.

**Supply Chain Stock Controller responsibilities include**:

- Provide a high level of service, support, and communication with external and internal customers around milk orders, stock availability and returns
- Receive / process orders and facilitate the subsequent delivery to the customer, advising the warehouse and customers where stock is not available, compiling and issuing shortage reports
- Provide weekend and public holiday cover for order processing as part of a rota
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular reporting and adjustments

**Supply Chain Stock Controller requirements include**:

- Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer services role
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using stock management or similar systems (advantageous)
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong problem solving ability and numerical skills
- Ability to work within time constraints and in a cross-functional role
- Ability to deliver a ‘Right First Time’ methodology
- Good written communication skills
