**Role Overview**:
Working within the council’s HR & OD team, you will Provide support across the Directorate to enable the delivery of the Workforce Strategy and associated plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support across the HR and Organisational Development Directorate as described below:

- Using a range of computer packages e.g. typing letters in word, inputting data onto spreadsheets in excel, updating electronic calendars in Outlook.
- Supporting colleagues administratively with various projects and sharing your ideas to help improve delivery.
- Supporting the set up and administration of training events, both online (via MS Teams/ Zoom) and face to face.

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

- Experience of using Microsoft Office software; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Understanding of Customer service skills to deliver professional, courteous and efficient service to colleagues, partners, Members and anyone else who interacts with the service.
