My client who is based in Winchester is looking for a HR Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

My client is a well established organisation in the local area.
**Description**
As the HR Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining employee HR files
- Onboarding new starters and carrying out pre-employment checks
- New starter inductions
- Sending out HR documentation for starters, leavers, maternity leave, pay amendments, flexible working requests etc
- Updating the HR system regarding absences
- Supporting with recruitment
- Responding to HR queries
- Entering information into payroll for the site
- Process changes within payroll
- Processing over time payments
- Producing payroll reporting
**Profile**
In order to be considered for the role you must:
- Have previously worked in a HR role and ideally carried out payroll duties within this
- Be well organised
- Be a good communicator
- Be approachable
- Have good IT skills
- Ideally be studying towards your CIPD
