Head of Sales

Our Client are a fast growing Tech Company, independently owned, with an incredible team.
With ambitious goals, we are looking for an equally ambitious Head of Sales to lead their sales and retentions teams. The right person will be target driven and able to lead and inspire a team of sales professionals.
**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a team of sales & retentions advisors to achieve individual and team KPIs and excellent customer satisfaction
- Work with senior management to identify and drive change through the sales and retentions team - Ensure the quality of information recorded in the system remains high at all times
- Provide training as required to sales advisors
- Complete performance reports and submit to senior management
- Manage leads and cases for both teams, ensuring they are actioned within agreed SLAs
- Develop staff through coaching, advice, and motivational techniques to help the sales team to maximise the potential for revenue development from both inbound and outbound calls
- Prioritise and manage Customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner and escalate to the right level of authority where necessary
- Demonstrate solid commercial awareness
- General departmental administration and organisation of department tasks
- Work with the management team on ad-hoc projects to assist with business change
- Perform other administration duties as and when required by management
- Liaise with service delivery, customer service and billing teams when required
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as Team Leader/ Supervisor within a Call Centre/Sales environment.
- A good understanding of working with KPIs and conversion rates
- Excellent Leadership, Sales and People Management skills
- Well organized and self
- driven individual with demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively complete multiple tasks
- Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
**The Package & Benefits**
£40k - £50k basic + uncapped OTE
**This role is**:
- Permanent
- Full time
- Office-based - would not suit someone who cannot get to the office
- Working hours: 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.
