We are actively seeking a **Service Offering Director **to join our dynamic team across **Western Europe **

As the Service Offering Director for the EMEA region, your role is pivotal in shaping Vertiv's service portfolio, integrating traditional offerings with advanced digital solutions. We seek a visionary leader to develop innovative strategies that surpass customer expectations and anticipate market trends. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader to devise innovative strategies that exceed customer needs.

**What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Oversee development and implementation of service business deliverables and NPDI plans at the EMEA level, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Own pricing strategy for EMEA Service Region, collaborating with stakeholders to establish competitive pricing structures maximizing profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Lead strategic development of Vertiv's EMEA service offerings, integrating traditional models with cutting-edge digital transformation technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop comprehensive requirements for new service offerings using Voice of the Customer insights, tailored to address specific customer pain points and deliver maximum value.
- Drive innovation in service delivery through digital tools, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency across the service lifecycle.
- Foster collaboration with global teams to align regional service strategies with company objectives, facilitating knowledge sharing and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop robust business plans for new service initiatives, conducting thorough market research and risk assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen regional sales team capabilities through targeted training programs focused on digital solutions and advanced service offerings.
- Serve as primary point of contact for industry partners, customers, and internal teams, integrating valuable insights into service development processes. Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor service performance, identify improvement areas, and implement optimization strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

**What will make you successful?**
- 5+ years in service/product management, with digital solutions and technologies focus.
- Strong grasp of modern service trends, especially in data centers and related fields.
- Proven global strategy planning and execution.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills across-cultural skills.
- Fluency in English; competence in another European language.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
- Experience in digital service solutions, preferably in data centers. Familiarity with Vertiv's product portfolio, including digital and IT infrastructure solutions.
