The purpose of the role is to deliver high quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services by providing first class customer service in order to improve the lives of our residents. To improve and enhance neighbourhoods leading to improved customer retention.
You will be responsible for your own \"patch\" and will be seen by many customers as the face of First Choice Homes. You will be responsible for all tenancies on your area and you will need an outstanding attitude to customer service and have a problem solving approach to issues high-lighted in order to improve customer satisfaction.
