Seeking a creative, friendly and hard-working individual with a super personality to join the team at Bond 28's exclusive Whiskey & Rum bar.

Our teams are sociable and friendly with a focus on outstanding customer service, all while having fun with teammates who swiftly become friends.

Bond / Whiskey & Rum is a luxurious cocktail bar with a beautiful private garden, located in the heart of Tombland. Only the best, most premium spirits are used to ensure the highest quality cocktails.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Deliver Whiskey & Rum Masterclasses, promoting the extensive stock lists.
- To take food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring all information are correct.
- To keep the bar clean and tidy and making sure all products are stocked up.
- To promote a good team spirit and good relationship within the restaurant/bar.
- To inform supervisors/managers of all guest comments and requirements that cannot be resolved immediately.
- Have a thorough understanding of mixology and record any wastages correctly.
- Have a total understanding of all the products on the menu, and to share this with the customer. Know what it is, how to describe its taste and the price.
- Financial responsibility for tabs/bills during service
- A complete understanding of our steps of service
- Maintain your standards throughout your shift, making sure nothing is left unfinished at the end of your shift.
- Maximise sales and revenue by working efficiently.
- Complete all assigned opening and closing procedures.
- Quarterly training and tests to ensure the highest standards are always maintained.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 14 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Norwich, NR3 1RE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
