Trainee Bartender

**Welcome to J.Doe & Co. Library Parlour a new hidden bar in the heart of Norwich**

**We’re crafting a brand new, vibrant team, bursting with enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality - inspiring the next generation of bartenders with a blend of mixology, education, and gastronomy.**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Trainee cocktail bartender** to come on board for our new cocktail bar in the heart of Norwich.

Looking to learn the trade directly, in a fast paced and fun environment. No experience required just a desire to learn.

You’ll be trained new skills, knowledge and confidence for an exciting career in hospitality. As part of the team you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and engaging experience to our guests.

Full cocktail, sprit, Bar training will be provided and regular training days to encourage development.

**You must have**:

- A passion for the drinks industry and desire to learn, whether it be cocktails, sprits, wine... ect
- A good memory and be able to memorize multiple spec sheets
- A positive can-do attitude, working well in a fast paced environment, & enjoy customer interactions
- A commitment to delivering a great customer experience and have excellent attention to detail even when under pressure.
- A hunger to lean more and a passion for drink knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
