**Job Description**:
A Private Healthcare organisation based in North Bristol have an exciting opening in their Medical Secretary Team for someone with administrative experience looking to kick-start their Medical Sec career.
- This a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or 8am-4pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch per day- Salary of £21,000 per annum- Fantastic benefits including an on-site canteen with £1 lunches on offer each day + free on-site parking, 25 days annual leave per year + bank holidays + a day off for your birthday- A friendly and supportive working environment with career progression pathways for development opportunities.**The Medical Secretary role**:
As a core member of the site administration team of Medical Secretaries, you will provide efficient, professional and effective secretarial and administrative support to site and specifically to the full medical team.

**General responsibilities include**:

- Typing, minute taking, receiving telephone enquiries, diary and appointment management, managing correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.- Liaise with other hospital sites and departments, Insurers, GPs and Commissioners regarding specific patient details and invoicing.- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a positive customer experience.- Consistent use of CareNotes, paying particular attention to uploading reports and copy documents as appropriate and in line with company policies and SLAs.- Handle complaints from patients and families with sensitivity and a level of urgency, escalating to the site Medical Director and HD, and in accordance with Company Policy.- Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed, in order that financial, regulatory and other auditors can be satisfied.- Work effectively with colleagues across all departments with a strong focus on the success of the hospital.**The Customer Support Advisor Applicant**:

- Experience in a customer service / Administration / Clerical environment- An understanding of medical terminology ideally- Excellent communication at all levels both written and verbal- A high level of confidentiality and integrity approach- You must be an organised individual with a proactive, driven approach.- Experience or a desire to work in the Healthcare sector with vulnerable people would be desirable.Please
