Role will typically require 1 day per week attendance in our Hollinwood, Greater Manchester Office, and 4 days per week mobile across our North West Network, with use of a Cadent Van, some days will be home-based.

As a Landowner Liaison Advisor you'll be liaising closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve performance, quality targets and expectations, along with seeking out coaching and development opportunities. You will be complying with the implementation of Process & Procedure updates in line with business developments, and maintaining company brand with regards to customer Service and satisfaction. You'll attend and constructively participate in regular team briefs and training.

**What you’ll get to work on**:

- Act as the public face of Cadent for Land related activities and uphold a high standard of customer service.
- Conduct site visits to landowners in the Cadent Network who have IP/HP assets going through their land as part of the Engineering Management Procedure for prevention of damage to Cadent’s network, working closely with the wider Operational Land Team (including weekend working, where required, if weekday site visits are unsuccessful).
- Maintain and manage site visit logistics, ensuring routes are planned ahead in a time-efficient way (i.e. by postcode), and in accordance with the priority order of landowners wherever possible.
- Liaise with landowners on site to confirm they are receiving our letters from the landowner liaison lettering programme and ensure they are aware of the Cadent assets and the “dial before you dig” phone line.
- Responsible for ensuring land records and contact detail records for landowners are confirmed, accurately captured to the required standard and submitted into the relevant systems within appropriate prescribed timelines.
- Identify and escalate any issues or areas of awareness to the wider Operational Land Team, Network Land Teams or Head of Operational Land, where appropriate.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) procedures - use the appropriate work equipment and personal protective equipment and participate proactively in achieving HS&E objectives including Process Safety & lone working activities.
- Where required, support with other Land activities, including but not limited to supporting the Network Land Team with customer liaison activities, responding to.box requests, administrative tasks and easement plotting.

**Who are we looking for**:
The following skills and experience are required:

- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Word, Excel
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and pride in getting data ‘right first time’
- Proven ability to act on own initiative and prioritise workload to ensure the delivery of key milestones
- Great problem solving and decision making skills
- Good and accurate communicator with the ability to communicate with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
