Mae Cyngor Caerdydd yn darparu dros 700 o wahanol wasanaethau i'n dinasyddion, ymwelwyr a busnesau ledled y Ddinas. Mae Cymorth Cynnar Caerdydd yn gasgliad o wasanaethau arloesol a blaengar i blant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd o fewn y gyfarwyddiaeth Oedolion, Tai a Chymunedau yng Nghyngor Caerdydd. Rydym yn awyddus i gyflogi Prentis Corfforaethol Gweinyddu a Rheoli Data i gyfrannu at gyflawni gwerthoedd allweddol ein sefydliadau ac ymgysylltu ag ystod o randdeiliaid.

Lleoliad y swydd yw’r Ganolfan Gynadledda, East Moors Road, Caerdydd, CF24 5RR. Gallai'r rôl hon olygu gweithio gartref a bydd angen rhywfaint o weithio dros y penwythnos.

**Mae hon yn Rôl Brentisiaeth Lefel 2. Mae graddedigion ond yn gymwys i wneud cais am rolau Prentisiaeth sy’n cynnig Cymhwyster Prentisiaeth Lefel 3 o leiaf ac ar yr amod bod eu gradd mewn pwnc gwahanol.
**Am Y Swydd**
Yn y rôl **Prentis Corfforaethol (Lefel 2)** hon, byddwch yn dysgu sut i:
Adeiladu a chynnal perthynas gadarnhaol â chydweithwyr ar draws Cymorth Cynnar a

chyfathrebu’n effeithiol gydag ystod o weithwyr proffesiynol.

Ennill dealltwriaeth o ystod o swyddogaethau gweinyddol a'r rôl ganolog y mae hyn yn ei chwarae wrth gefnogi plant, pobl ifanc a'u teuluoedd.

Helpu i gasglu a mewnbynnu data gan ddefnyddio systemau cofnodi a gwybodaeth amrywiol.

Gweithio'n effeithiol yn unigol ac ar y cyd fel rhan o dîm.

Ymgymryd â hyfforddiant a datblygiad yn y swydd i'ch cefnogi i ddarparu gwasanaeth effeithlon ac effeithiol.

Caiff hyfforddiant llawn ei roi a bydd ein tîm yn eich helpu a'ch annog i ddatblygu yn y rôl a chewch eich annog i gyflawni amrywiaeth o ddyletswyddau. Cewch eich goruchwylio a’ch hyfforddi yn y swydd a bydd gennych fentor penodol i'ch cefnogi i ddarparu gwasanaeth effeithlon ac effeithiol gan ddefnyddio dull cadarnhaol sy’n canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer.

Mae'r Cynllun Prentisiaethau a Hyfforddeion Corfforaethol hefyd yn cynnig cyfleoedd i wella eich sgiliau trosglwyddadwy i’ch helpu i ddatblygu yn eich gyrfa.

Mae llawer o'n timau wedi symud i fod ar-lein a gweithio gartref, a byddwch yn cael eich annog i ddatblygu sgiliau er mwyn cefnogi hyn. Pan fo angen gweithio gartref, bydd yr offer angenrheidiol yn cael ei roi i chi. Fodd bynnag, bydd angen i chi drefnu eich cysylltedd rhyngrwyd eich hun (efallai y bydd rhywfaint o gymorth ar gael i helpu gyda hyn).

**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Mae ein cwsmeriaid yn dibynnu arnom i barhau i ddarparu gwasanaethau hyd yn oed yn ystod y cyfnodau mwyaf heriol.
