Paying a salary circa £75,000 per annum

Having undergone a re-structure within our award-winning team, our newest Product Lead will fill a brand-new position within our business.

Joining one of three Tribes within the Product Department, you will sit within a pivotal role, responsible for the change portfolio supporting our Customers, working closely with commercial colleagues and the Customer Tribe Squads to propose, develop and deliver key strategic initiatives to optimise and enhance our Customer experience during every stage of their letting journey.

Working alongside our Tribe Lead, UX Lead and Commercial Finance Partners, we want to hear from those keen to make this role their own as you recognise your own success in creating, owning and communicating the Product vision and roadmap for your Tribe and identifying and prioritising the value being driven from your team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
