Reporting primarily to the Account Delivery Lead (ADL), the Product Delivery Leader (PDL) is primarily responsible for managing the daily project deliverables of their team in line with the specified targets in accordance with the company and business unit strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Within the business unit, you’ll be responsible for:

- Ensuring the team is composed of the right people with the right skills to undertake the project delivery.
- Supporting capability development and implementing the recruitment strategy in line with the Capability Business Unit (CBU) Strategy.
- Undertaking professional development reviews and Gap Analysis to develop and position the technical capability for future work streams.
- Mentoring and nurturing talent to maintain Expleo’s position as a “Great Place to Work”.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our extended network of academic and industrial partners.
- Technical governance of projects within your capability portfolio.
- Supporting the ADL with project Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Risk (SQCDPR) reviews to ensure Project KPIs are achieved.
- You’ll also support our Market Business Units (MBUs) and other internal CBUs with the development of value propositions for new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Membership of IET or equivalent Engineering Institution
