Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in social media management platforms and analytics tools
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic project management skills
- Basic IT knowledge

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year
