**The Role**

The Sales Support Executive role is the first point of contact and first line support and customer service for external sales and related enquiries.

The role is responsible for assisting with new customer onboarding, account management and business development activity and day to day sales activity including issuing quotations, reporting on stock availability, processing orders and working alongside the factory planning team to schedule production and deliveries.

**The ideal Sales Support Executive will;**
- Be an effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner, customer focused and a team player
- Have the ability to prioritise and manage own work delivering quality outputs within agreed timescales
- Have practical problem solving competence
- Knowledge of the financial world
- A confident, ambitious and stand out character with the ability to build relationships in person
- Strong understanding and track record of having excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
