Ruff and Tumble is looking for an experienced content creator to create high quality and engaging content to be used across social media channels and Ruff and Tumble’s website.

The key focus of this role will be to create beautiful and impactful video content to aid in new product launches, promoting events, instructional videos and general content to raise brand profile and engagement.

**About Ruff and Tumble**

Ruff and Tumble makes drying products for dogs - including the Drying Coat which is the best-selling and market leading coat of its type on the market. The Drying Coat was designed by the company’s founder, Alison Priestley, who initially made one green one for her own dog, Lulu. Many shows, much product innovation and three business premises later, the company employs nine staff, has nine stock colours across 17 sizes and seven products in total.

The R&T brand is much copied but stands apart as the coat of quality and choice with many loyal customers. It has never been more important to communicate what is different and special about Ruff and Tumble. Establishing the brand as top quality, aspirational and the ‘one to have’ is key across all platforms. The company is still run by family members who know the market well and have a clear vision about the brand positioning but need some creative input to bring all their ideas to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop social media and digital content for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Film and edit video content
- Create dynamic engaging reels for social media
- Plan and dress photoshoots
- Support product launches with robust and clear social media plans
- Optimise the brand’s social media reach and engagement on various social and digital platforms

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience and knowledge of editing software: Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics and skills in After Effects
- Ability to work to a brief
- High organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Skilled in the use and operation of camera, lighting, and sound equipment
- Proficient across both Mac and PC platforms
- A DOG LOVER

**Work with**:

- The Director on photo shoots
- The marketing staff on content planning/ideas

**Success Criteria**:

- Increases in reach and engagement on social media
- The ability to understand the brand and follow the brief
- The speedy production of high-quality and creative videos to a brief
- Creative ideas and innovation

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
