- To effectively carry out hygiene operations, internal and external, in such a manner as to ensure that building fabric, storage areas and equipment where required is stripped, cleaned and reassembled in accordance with recognised procedures, practices, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at all times, including health & safety so as to continually produce safe food._
