We are seeking a Digital Marketer Apprentice to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Level 3 Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools, and the ability to execute campaigns with a high level of autonomy. Your analytical mindset, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives, target audience, and market trends.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, analyse data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to build brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Utilize conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website user experience, increase conversions, and meet business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and copywriters, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Produce visually stunning and professionally executed images and videos of the latest stock.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing strategies.
- Experience in using content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
