TS Connect are specialists in marketing for the Taxi industry. They provide web, social media, SEO, Ads and google presence for Taxi businesses across Bradford and West Yorkshire. - business marketing.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
TS Connect are looking for a new apprentice to join their company and start your digital marketing career. You will assist in all aspects of marketing and get the chance to learn from digital professionals.

We are looking for an innovative individual who can think for themselves and add to a growing company. The successful apprentice will receive an expanse of training to enable them to complete all the below roles and responsibilities.
- Raising the profile of our company on our website and social media.
- Blog on our website and social media platforms featuring weekly/monthly.
- Implementing keywords on our website to enhance.
- Testing and measuring what marketing strategies are
- Creating profiles for our ideal
- Using software to create engaging content through images and

**Desired Skills**:

- Have good ICT skills, ideally experience in Photoshop.
- Be creative and come up with ideas which with support you will have the opportunity to implement.
- Show confidence when speaking with clients and suppliers both face to face and on the Telephone.
- Creative with a flair for design.
- Social networking experience.

**Personal Qualities**:

- A self-motivated individual with an interest in marketing & all things relating to websites.
- Imaginative and forward thinking.
- A passion to learn, contribute and do an excellent job.
- Confident and friendly.

**Desired Qualifications**:
GCSE Grades A*-C (or equivalent) in:

- Mathematics.
- English.
- IT/Computing.

**Future Prospects**:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
