**Are you looking for a new opportunity to join an established firm based in Edinburgh?**

We are looking to speak to experienced Conveyancing Secretaries who are looking for their next, new challenge in Edinburgh City Centre. This position involves joining a long-standing, established firm within their Conveyancing function, providing exceptional service and secretarial support across both residential and rural teams daily. Ideally, you will have experience within the Conveyancing sector, as well as knowledge of set processes. You will be a motivated, and proactive team member, who can complete tasks to a high standard and within tight deadlines daily. You will also enjoy building strong business relationships and be flexible to assist other internal teams where required.

**This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. This role will be office based.**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You have Legal Secretary experience within the conveyancing sector (essential)
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages daily
- You are a well-organised and motivated individual, dedicated to providing excellent service to clients daily
- You can manage your time and diary effectively to meet set deadlines
- You can handle any changing priorities
- You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making
- You are able to work well individually and within a wider team environment
- You have strong communication skills both written and orally
- You have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- You enjoy building key business relationships

**What is the day-to-day like?**
- Providing high quality secretarial support and quality client care daily
- Working closely with residential and rural property teams, dealing with all administrative and secretarial duties daily
- Processing and issuing letters, terms of business, drafting dispositions and registration forms as well as preparing fee notes daily
- Providing support to estate agency function when required
- Building strong internal and external business relationships daily
- Collaborating and working with other secretarial staff daily
- Developing processes and identifying any inefficiencies as well as sharing the workload and best practices within the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and systems, using the internal DMS daily
- Completing both copy and audio typing of telephone calls, meeting notes etc when required
- Processing all AML documentation and checks, completing risk assessments and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Managing diaries, organising meetings and making travel arrangements as required
- Completing all other administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and other general office-based tasks
