Unqualified: £11.25 an hour plus £55 per sleep ins (£28,095 a year with an average of 2 sleep ins a week)

Qualified: £11.80 an hour plus £55 per sleep in (£29,210 a year with an average of 2 sleep ins a week)

**About Beech Tree**:
**Beach Tree Farm is set in an acre of land in Llangfellach, close to Swansea City Centre, with access to the Gower coast and easily accessible to the M4 and routes east and west.**

**Our focus of work is providing stability and consistency of care with 13 to 18-year-old young people whilst also preparing them for independence. As a support worker, you would also need to be prepared to have two overnight (sleep-in) shifts. We appreciate that can take you away from your own families - finish you working week in just three days, allowing you to spend more time with your loved ones**

**Your compassionate nature will empower these children as they navigate through challenging circumstances. You will guide them on their educational journey, accompanying them to school and providing unwavering support in their everyday endeavours.**
