A day in the life of

As** Guest Service Assistant**, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

Based in Staybridge Suites Birmingham you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Staybridge Suites Birmingham is a 179 bedroom Aparthotel in the heart of the city centre. Our fully equipped suites mean our guests can enjoy a ' home away from home ' experience, with all the luxuries of a hotel. Looking after our guests is the most important part of our job.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. Previous expreience of Opera PMS is preferred but not essential. Capablility to use microsoft office is essential. Knowledge of IHG Merlin is advantageous but not essentail.

Staybridge Suites Birmingham is located in the very heart of Birmingham within the Martineau Place Shopping Centre and just a five minute walk from the world-class Bullring Shopping Centre and the stunning architecture of the city's beautiful New Street.

Staybridge Suites hotel is a relaxing home from home, warm and friendly alternative to traditional apartments, situated on Corporation Street in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. We are just a 5-minute walk from Birmingham New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street stations. All of our 179 suites contain fitted kitchenettes, dining/work desk, and adequate wardrobe space and en-suite bathrooms.
