**Part Time 30 Hours, Fixed Term until December 2023**

You will work as part of the financial operations team to ensure the prompt and accurate entry of accounting data and the resolution of any related queries in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, Government Procurement credit cards, journal input, VAT, trust funds and banking.

You will have good IT skills, particularly Excel and experience in using modern financial systems and excellent attention to detail

You will bring enthusiasm and drive to the team, and have the ability to work on your own initiative and have a flexible approach to facilitate team success.

We have manuscripts, maps, newspapers, magazines, prints and drawings, music scores, and patents. We make our collections and programmes available to all. We operate the world’s largest document delivery service providing millions of items a year to customers all over the world. This is on top of 25 days holiday from entry and public and privilege holidays.
