Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Health and Social Care Tutor to join a reputable college in North Lincolnshire on a part time basis

**Position: Health and Social Care Tutor (Part-Time)**
- ** Location**: North Lincolnshire
- ** Contract Type**: Temporary
- ** Working Hours**: 1 day per week (Monday only initially), 08:30 to 16:00
- ** Start Date**: 19th February (ideal start date)
- ** Duration**: Initially until July 2024

**Role Overview**: As a Health and Social Care Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching the Access to Higher Education course for healthcare. This program is designed to offer mature students (19+) the chance to pursue part-time studies during term time, with flexible study hours. The curriculum prepares students for a career change into the health and care services, providing a pathway to various degrees such as Nursing, Paramedic Science, Midwifery, Psychology, Counselling, Teaching, and Social Work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lessons for the Access to Higher Education course in Health Care.
- Support mature students in their academic journey, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and ensure a high standard of education.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or related field.
- Teaching experience in Further Education (FE) settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive pay ranging between £156.41 and £205.25 per day, in alignment with FE teaching scales.
