**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily operations tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and data related to operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Help manage inventory and stock levels, making reorder recommendations as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

**Salary**: £7.49-£13.86 per hour
