Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our veterinary team at Framlingham Vets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to progress their career into management. You will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our practice, working closely with our experienced Practice Manager and Head Nurse to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, works well within a team, is willing to listen and collaborate on ideas and who brings new ideas to the business. They should be a hard worker who is dedicated to the practice but also knows how to relax and enjoy a good work/life balance.

We offer flexible working patterns that flex with you and your lifestyle. The hours would ideally be full time (40 hours), ideally 4 days a week, having a day off during the week. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, given back in toil the following week and no out of hours or on call.

We have an experienced team at Framlingham Vets, with 2 Veterinary Surgeons, one who is a certificate holder in ophthalmology, and another is a Cert AVP. We also have 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Nurses, and a team of very competent Receptionists.

We work to a high standard of patient and client care that is evidence-based and endeavor to provide a patient-first service, ensuring that our care is suited for each client and each budget. Working over two branches we have dental X-ray, dedicated operating theatres, diagnostic imaging suite, in-house laboratory, and separate dog and cat wards.
