**Experienced Administrator Required**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Administrator to join a well-established automotive diagnostics group in the Midlands. (Tipton / Oldbury.)
Our client is a leading independent automotive company, specialising in clutch repairs, car servicing, vehicle diagnostics, and MOT’s. You will have the opportunity to work within a long established and well-known company, who offer a competitive salary, great incentives, a generous holiday allowance and the chance of genuine career progression.
Based predominantly in our Tipton / Oldbury branch (DY4) - the successful Administrator will be working full time, Monday to Saturday. Shifts will be discussed at interview.
Opening Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am - 3:30pm.
This will be a challenging and rewarding role where your general duties will be:
- Customer Service
- Data Entry / Input
- Front of house management - you will usually be the first point of contact for our customers
- Helping with quotes for services and parts
- Support with ordering parts and booking in works
- Supporting accounts / payroll
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by the team and managers (as per business needs.)
**Other requirements**:
- Potential to support some of our other branches, also based in the Midlands.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, MS Packages
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Solution focused attitude
- Manage office supplies and activities
- A willingness to constantly learn and improve own skills and performance
- Accurately complete paperwork
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- DBS Certificate
- Meticulous and detail orientated
- Passionate about customer service, ensuring a fantastic end to end experience for all customers
- Able to prove experience as an Administrator with no gaps in employment
- Able to work as part of a team and independently with little to no instruction
- Be initiative taking and able to review data
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be a driver with a clean driving license, due to nature of the role and location(s)
We are screening applicants for interviews to be scheduled for Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th May 2024.

**Salary**: up to £24,500.00 - £26,500.00 per year
