Small Animal Vet Role

**Fantastic opportunity to join a growing small animal practice with a 4-day week and no OOH 45mins from the historic capital of Edinburgh.**

An exciting opportunity for a passionate small animal Vet to join a growing practice has become available. Situated in a beautiful rural part of the country, sandwiched between Edinburgh and the Northumberland National park, you will get the benefits of both the great outdoors and the city lights. Moreover, with great house prices and good quality schools, the location could not be better.

Due to expansion, this three-site practice is looking for two dedicated small animal Vets to join their team, ideally with a minimum 2 years' experience, though less will be considered. You will be supported by a friendly team of 2 Vets (soon to be 3) and five RVNs, allowing you to provide a high level of care and service to your patients and their owners. The practice is modern, spacious, and very well equipped with digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, capnography, blood pressure monitoring and much more.

- Small animal first opinion practice situated in the Scottish Borders
- Within an hour of the historic capital of Edinburgh with regular trains taking 45 minutes to the centre
- 2 Vet team looking to expand to 4 Vets
- Excellent facilities including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, capnography, blood pressure monitoring and much more

**Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements**
- You must be registered with the RCVS to practice in the UK
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years UK experience in small animal practice
- Friendly and able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
