**Full Time 37.5hrs Mon-Fri (no weekends)**

- We are looking to fill the following role, due to expansion of the business, as we grow._

**Office Administration**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Process and book in internal deliveries.

**Warehouse Administration**:

- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products.
- Conduct annual inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of Installations and assist with forecasting and planning.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- GCSE’S in English & Mathematic; additional education or certification in office administration or warehouse management is a plus.
- Experience in office administration and/or warehouse operations is desired.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
