A Brilliant opportunity has arisen at one of the UK's up-and-coming Family run Designer childrenswear retailers in Nantwich. Stocking 60 plus of the Worlds top designer brands for kids inc Fendi, Armani, CP Company, Moschino, Monnalisa, Parajumpers and Boss. We are looking for a dedicated, team player who wants to help take us to the next level and be part of our journey.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Arranging and labelling goods on the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
- Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times
- Assist with deliveries
- Collate internet orders
- Help keep the stock area tidy and organised
- Be aware of the latest trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge
- Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times when on the shop floor

A typical day would include arriving to open the shop at 09.30 am, Helping prepare the orders to be sent out, picking stock from the stock room, Serving customers, Suggesting garments for customers, and Cleaning up after a good day's work. The shop is open Monday to Saturday and shifts would be spread across these days. 16 hours a week.

Desirable: E-commerce skills, Photoshop editing

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Pay: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nantwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
