Statim Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate RMN/RGN Nurses for temporary to 3-month fixed contracts, with potential for extension. Positions are available across the UK, including Greater London, Southeast, East Midlands, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and in the Luton, Bedfordshire area. - Have experience of working with older people who display complex behaviors that challenge?
- Want to work in a team and organisation where we give you time to care?
- Are you passionate about working with older people who experience dementia & have a Degree/Diploma in a related field, RGN (Registered General Nurse), or RMN (Mental Health Nurse).
- Confident and calm under pressure, with the ability to seek guidance when needed.
- Strong understanding of the English language (verbal and written).
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work under pressure.
- Leadership skills to support and develop junior staff.
- Caring, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Creative and fun-loving.

Duties include but are not limited to: To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced based interventions required including health promotion within the NHS framework. To provide a nursing service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs/needs.

To be responsible for the appropriate risk assessment of service users, providing effective advice, guidance, and decision-making process. Responsible for coordinating the care and assessment under the care coordination approach.

Responsible for participating in the setting of quality standards, including auditing, monitoring, and reviewing of clinical practice in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £27,380.38-£41,621.66 per year
