We are looking for an experienced level 3 social worker to join our Child to Adults (C2A) team. They must be registered with Social Care Wales and hold a valid driving licence.

The Child to Adults (C2A) team support children with disabilities, their siblings and families aged 0-25 years.

The team comprises of Social Workers and Community Care Officers, all supported by 2 Senior Practitioners and a Team Manager.

The team have embarked on a journey of change over the last 2 years and are now in a strong position to focus on:

- Achieving positive outcomes
- Representing the lived experience and voice of the child
- Using the Progression model to promote independence
- Reflecting positive strengths bases work in our documentation
- Contributing to the wider agenda for reaching the positive well-being outcomes for children To continue in the forward direction, we are looking to appoint someone:

- Who is a Qualified Level 3 Social Worker
- With experience of working with children and their families
- With experience / passion for working with Disabled children and their families,
- Excellent understanding of the All Wales Childrens Safeguarding procedures and experience of this process, ideally PLO and Court experience,
- Who is committed to the principles in Social Services Well Being Act
- Who can demonstrate creativity and commitment to positive risk taking whilst keeping children safe
- With an understanding of Progression model and willingness to learn, broaden this out in the team
