Job Details;
- £27,000PA Basic + 20% Bonus
- Paid overtime at X 1.5
- Temporary
- Permanent position after 12 weeks
- 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm
- 2 weeks rolling shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Your role;
You will be working for a online retail company working within one of their warehouses which distribute to both businesses and customers in the nationally as well as internationally.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for a team of 25+ Warehouse Operatives and Team Leaders, ensuring productivity targets are met in multiple departments.

Responsibilities;
- Overseeing the daily operations of a busy warehouse
- Ensuring productivity targets are met
- Resolving warehouse issues in a timely manner
- Preparing reports for senior managers with results on a weekly basis
- Regularly checking the warehouse management system to ensure the items have been assigned correctly and paper work completed
- Completing all necessary administration in accordance with company guidelines
- Recruiting, inducting and training warehouse operatives and team leaders
- Good knowledge of health and safety and report any incidents or accidents to your manager in accordance with company policy

**Requirements;**
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience ideally gained in a warehouse/dispatch or E-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solver and leadership skills
- Computer Literate
- word/excel
- Strong organisation skills to give direction to the team.
- Good understanding of HR, including recruitment, employment law eg. performance management, disciplinary and grievance
- Can work on your own initiative
