**Ecommerce Executive**

**Salary £20,000 - £22,000**

**Location: West End**

A prestigious Skin Care and Beauty Retailer is looking to recruit a Ecommerce Executive to join their Ecommerce and Customer Service team in their new offices in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, and fast paced Ecommerceteam that has a proven track record of growth, as well as a wealth of Ecommerce experience.

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the ECommerce Trading team and Customer Service Executive, to provide a luxury experience, ensuring the Customer Experience is optimized at all times. In turn, providing the team with thenecessary support to achieve our sales targets as well as an exceptional customer experience.

**Ecommerce duties**:

- Supporting the Trading Manager in the planning and execution of the commercial trading calendar
- Carrying out due diligence for all content on the staging environment is correct and aligned with the trading plan
- Supporting the Trading team in collating data from Google Analytics to provide the raw data for weekly and monthly trade reports as well as collating raw data for the weekly Trade Reports, for CRM KPI's as well as payment by channel
- Carrying out due diligence testing for new features on sandbox and staging environments, informing the Senior Ecommerce Manager of any bugs / UX issues
- Responsible for providing Marketing and PR trackable links for 3rd party content, that links to our own Ecommerce website
- Weekly due diligence of key landing pages on the website, checking stock levels, content and User journey are providing the necessary luxury experience
- Responsible for Social Media content: Weekly updates on Facebook, liaising and collating all assets for Paid Search Listings for Masterclass activations and acquisition campaigns

**Customer Service duties**:

- Supporting the Customer Service Executive, to liaise with our Logistic partners to efficiently and quickly resolve any customer queries or complaints
- Providing support for Customer Service across Salesforce Service Cloud and Live Chat ensuring customer complaints and queries are handled professionally and efficiently
- Acting as a point of contact and providing the necessary cover for the Customer Service Executive, liaising on outstanding order queries and points of escalation, as well as resolving Paypal complaints
- Providing holiday cover for the Customer Service Executive, accountable for delivering exceptional customer service at all times

**Experience**:

- Passionate about Ecommerce or the beauty industry
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about multiple ecommerce systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated with drive, and a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems and working with data
- Computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
