Corporate Development Manager
**Your new company**
International PE backed, fast growing, acquisitive Real Estate business are looking to hire a Corporate Development Manager.
**Your new role**
You will support the growth strategy by providing full transaction support, with a focus on acquisition projects. You will be responsible for:

- Participate in all phases of the transactions such as LOI, IM reviews, Due Diligence, structuring, negotiation, legal documentation, integration plan etc.
- Analyse financial statement data and prepare complex financial models
- Drive and manage internal and external geographical market studies and sub-sector analysis
- Prepare Board presentations for investment recommendations

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed, you will need experience in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Transaction team of a Top 20 accountancy practice etc. You will have a strong academic background. You will have good communication skills, to liaise with internal and externalsenior stakeholders.
**What you'll get in return**
