The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Regulatory Operations Systems Intern will be a member of the Global Regulatory Systems and Support Team, with the following responsibilities:
- Providing support to various systems such as Document Management, SharePoint Online, Publishing Software, RIMS, PowerBi and Power Automate.- Supporting the Global labelling initiatives with a strong focus on system-based processes and analytics- Assisting with data validation, rectifying data discrepancies, and ensuring alignment across various systems.- Assist with global integration initiatives for various systems.- Building forms hosted within SharePoint Online with embedded workflows to solve business problems.- Building interactive PowerBi reports/dashboards, combining data from various sources.- Software Validation including UAT/PQ testing.- Assisting with creation and/or editing of training materials for various systems
About Your Skills & Experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Previous experience of databases and document management systems are an advantage- An interest in technology and how teams can maximize the adoption of Microsoft 365 within Regulatory
