**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator with experience working within the transport or logistics industry to join our Marketplace team.

Prior experience within a marketplace environment is essential, demonstrating your familiarity with the dynamics of online platforms and user engagement. Previous exposure to the logistics or transport sector will provide you with valuable insights into the industry, enabling you to better understand the needs and challenges faced by our drivers.

Juggling multiple responsibilities is your forte. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing various tasks simultaneously is a daily occurrence. Your ability to communicate seamlessly with drivers using various communication channels is crucial to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

**Responsibilities as a Logistics Coordinator**:
As a Logistics Coordinator at Shift, you will play a pivotal role in our operations and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure a steady supply of drivers to meet the demand on our platform. Prospect and onboard new drivers, expanding our network to maintain optimal service levels
- Collaborate with our Training Manager to provide comprehensive training to both new and existing drivers, enabling them to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily driver queries, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions to maintain their satisfaction
- Handle driver conduct issues with a fair and professional approach, fostering a positive and compliant driver community
- Play a key role in introducing new products and services to our marketplace, ensuring smooth launches and driving adoption among our driver network
- Analyse and report data to bring performance trends to light and create and execute improvement plans
- Manage projects to strict timescales ensuring you keep key stakeholders informed on updates
- Manage and monitor marketplace health metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency

**Skills and experience needed to be successful as a Logistics Coordinator include**:

- Experience working in a logistics or marketplace type environment
- Customer onboarding experience, with confidence to convert new leads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- To be able to work autonomously and quickly to solve problems as they arise
- Industry knowledge of logistics and freight
- Be able to build and maintain relationships with drivers and fleet managers
- Analytical and have the ability to understand data and make decisions based on the results
- Experience in project management is desired
